From the moment we arrived we felt very comfortable at Forty Paces. My wife, myself and our two dogs (Cavalier, and Cavodle) loved the place. Ideally situated, comfortably furnished, well fenced with all of the standard things that you need in a kitchen and bathrooms. It was great not to have to go to the shops and buy, next time we won't need to pack much of the stuff that we usually do when staying away. Bronwyn has been more than helpful in meeting our particular needs and is very easy to do business with. We highly recommend Forty Paces to those looking for a comfortable stay, peace and quiet and a great beach.

Had three nights staying at Forty paces and it was simply idyllic. From the gorgeous styling to the contemporary kitchen and gorgeous views to the sea this was a luxurious treat. Your every need is catered for in the careful attention to detail in all that is provided too make your stay enjoyable but relaxing. It really is exceptional and thoroughly recommended. French doors open out onto the deck with the crashing of the waves echoing through the house whilst enjoying a great bottle of wine....well in this house it is indeed heaven is a place on earth.

Clean, comfortable and homely. Close to the beach with a great view. Everything you require for a relaxing enjoyable stay.

We love Forty Paces - simple as that. From sitting on the beautiful deck looking at the ocean view to playing in the yard with the kids and the dogs to curling up on the lounge in front of the fire - this place is the perfect place for a long weekend. This is our second trip to Forty Paces and we loved it even more this time. The owner was great to deal with and the house was well equipped and sparkling clean. We can't wait to get back there.

Such a welcoming and great beach house. It is very spacious and very comfortable. A well equiped kitchen and loved the coffee machine. Only minutes away from the beach for those inclined but we loved the house so much we didn't want to leave it.
